I try my best to bring people to my work slowly. I let people get to know me, then share what I do. This works better ... and doesn't scare anyone off. Not everyone digs psychics as much as I do. Sometimes clients seek me out while other times I'm simply a novelty... a new thing to try at a party or event.

Regardless, I know if you're showing up there is a reason as directed by your own Angels & Spirit Guides. And I am so delighted to be the one who gets to "play" in your reality with you.

the elusive Pineal Gland

My first exposure to the pineal gland came as I was reading Drunvalo Melchizedek's Flower of Life books. Dang! The awareness those books brought me was both profound and confounding. So many new things to try and digest. Even as a psychic, he unveiled many concepts it took me months to understand and incorporate in my practice. One piece that has remained is his explanation of the pineal gland.

In ancient times, the pineal was the epi-center of spiritual pursuits. It is the liquid elixir of alchemists and the goal of rigorous spiritual training. Some even suggest it is this precise spot where God resides within us. Pretty powerful stuff! So what the heck is it and why should you even care?

The pineal gland is a pea sized gland that rests between the 2 brain hemispheres. As if by magic, it floats in the spinal fluid in the brain! This gland affects our ability to sleep and moods by secreting both serotonin and meltonin... for a more robust explanation check out Wiki so I can focus on what I'm good at-- it ain't the scientific "-)

It is actually an eye that reacts to light. An eye within the brain, between the hemispheres?!? Hot dog! this is where it gets interesting.

It is the EYE of the 6th eye chakra. In activating, or stimulating, this gland we can increase our psychic senses a thousandfold. One account even reports in the Mystery Schools of Heliopolis, the Pineal was referred to as the Chamber of God... a place within us where God dwells and if you know how to meet him, He can provide great lessons and teachings. Imagine what a direct conversation with God might provoke??

Calm down there tiger, while psychic development may not be your thing, let me tell you why it should be! As our world continues to evolve, change frequencies and stir stuff up, it is increasingly paramount that we be fully aware and awake. To see beyond the 3d will be a basic pre-requisite. The pineal gland is our key, my beloved!

Our modern world has little appreciation for the function of the pineal. Heck, you'd be heard pressed to find a doctor who prescribed flexing this gland for better health. But shit-- they should be! Go ahead, do a google search and see what you can find....

It is a place within us of stillness and bliss-- the most natural drug high can be found when you can reach this gland. Because it produces serotonin, the "feel good" hormone, the pineal gland can be your greatest asset in dealing with any stress that gets thrown in your path.

My experience has been pretty intense since I started listening to the Kenyon pineal attunement. I am a better psychic, calmer mama, and happier gal in general. I feel I have more inner resources to combat the freak outs that sometimes occur ... getting a boost in my psychic senses never hurts either!

I Feel Lighter ... and what the f*#! did you do to me?!?

I get that not many know exactly what it is that I do. Energy work, psychic, and shaman what? It is hard to quantify but I try to explain that I work in the invisible realms. Plenty of other specialists are in place to help you in the visible-- you call a mechanic to fix your car, a plumber when you have a leak. But when you have the stuff that lingers, and no doctor or therapist can fix it, who do you call?

In traditional cultures, the shaman was consulted on such matters. From planting crops, to starting war (the Oracles of Delphi were famed for advising these), to marriage and birth and everything in between... it was the place of the shaman to oversee, bless, and fix the day to day matters of the community.

In our modern culture, no one quite gets this paramount role so I have to serve my psychic work with a side of energy healing. If I encounter a block, or resistance that I can't help a client release, I'll pull from my energetic toolbox. In a few moments, tremendous benefits can be experienced.

Energy work is one piece of a very robust arsenal I use. For the client, it can sound like drumming, rattling, songs and sounds. They will lie on a massage table and rest with eyes closed and comfy. Their job is done and now the fun can really begin. I get to work employing shamanic work, oils, drumming and feathers, and always breathe! Spirit directs, I follow. Somedays I'm guided to do things I have no clue how to achieve. But after a decade of "do and trust" I know absolutely everything can be addressed through energy work.

The most common response is "I feel lighter!" Sometimes laughter follows, sometimes a light head that requires some grounding. In every case, people report feeling better than they did at the start. I remind them this is the new normal, and nothing less should be accepted. This is my most heartfelt desire and aim in every session-- remarkable and lasting change in every moment!

My favorite response was from a 50 something who had been feeling stuck for a while... in relationships, work, family, across the board STUCK. We needed a boost that simple intuitive work pointed us to. 5 minutes later and the energy work complete, she had a powerful healing. Three days later, I got a message... "what the *f* did you do to me?!? I haven't felt this good in 20 years? what the f*@% happened?" After my shock subsided, I was able to celebrate the profound shift she had created.

My job is to bring you back into perfect harmony and balance. Healing sessions are one way we can achieve this and the results are yours to choose what to do with. Some people may choose to continue to peel the layers and go deeper with the healing where others may want to integrate, process and truly experience the results of the single session. Soul Mates ... not always a match made in heaven

Soul mates come in all shapes and sizes-- some are brief encounters while others become life long partnerships. A relationship with a soul mate can be the most challenging of your life. By their very nature, soul mates know us from the time before time. They know what we're capable of, know what we came here to do, and know when we're getting off track. Having a person who truly knows you better than you know yourself can be a gift... but can also push every button, trigger every dang trigger you've ever had! Soul mates give us hints of our soul mission and can be a great blessing when we're feeling a little unclear of ourselves.

True love soul mates can last a life... but with all the triggering... it may also burn itself out. Chances are, the friendship and connection will remain long after the marriage/relationship cannot. They will drive you to be your best and point put every flaw. It can be challenging and grueling but those show last, ultimately rewarding and worth every moment.

Accountability soul mates are those brief encounters who keep reappearing throughout our lives. It feels like a deep connection, a fondness and sometimes even a longing. These are easily confused as being romantic -- simply because it feels so powerful. Romance usually is fairly disastrous in these situations because it disrupts the true nature of the appearance. Accountability soul mates show up when you're feeling stuck, confused or simply have lost your path all together. They weave in and out of our lives at exactly the right time to remind us, at our very core, who we are. If we can see the gift, pick ourselves up and get back on track-- we have learned the lesson and can easily give gratitude and carry on. If we continue pining after something more however, we may be exhausted after the journey.

We all have lived many lives and shared many meaningful encounters along the way. If you feel this soul connection-- ask how this person can best serve you at this moment? This answer can bring much clarity and peace of mind.

Dreamtime for Dummies...

I love sleep! Curl me up, cover me up and mama can sleep for 8 hours quite happily and easily! The dreams that follow are both profound and mundane-- extraordinary and just plain weird. There is much confusion over the power of dreams and where they come from. My understanding (so far) is that dreams are both our time to heal and a time to commune. Loved ones, Angels, Spirit Guides, and higher aspects of ourselves are able to easily reach us while in slumber.

While not every dream is as important... all dreams carry their own message, teaching, or healing.

Rather than stress over why you can't remember dreams, focus instead on one little thing: how do you feel when you wake? Invariably this is the gift of the dream and can help set the tone for your day. If you really are a Virgo -- and can't simply let go over the details! and desire for control even in sleep -- get over it already! Dreams are not ours to control, that's what waking hours are for. Dreams are instead the time we can receive, my darlin! Let yourself relax into it so you too can feel, share and benefit from the messages that are left for you when you wake.

For those of you still unsatisfied with the loosey goosey aspect of dreamtime, buy a pointed clear quartz. They are excellent memory sticks and when placed under a pillow can assist in dream recall.

the 11/11 portal

There's so much metaphysical stuff flying at us these days it becomes increasingly more challenging to keep up with what's happenin'... and at times just damn frustrating trying to pay attention to it all. That my love, is my job so allow me to share my take on this quantum leap.

Since the end of the Mayan calendar on Oct 28th, we've been in this cosmic bliss bubble. Many of us are feeling elation, excitement, light headed, dizzy spells, and sheer joy for no apparent reason. To this I say: "Well, this doesn't suck!" I'd gladly take this uplifting merriment over the intensity of the summer.

We can ride high through 11/11 when the the apex of light will hit us. By then, I'm told by my Guides, we can expect to find ourselves comfortably at a new frequency with no concerns over again dropping below this optimum wave.

The higher vibrations hitting our planet can be directly attributed to the "happy waves" that have been finding us. As we move through the portal, we'll hit the peak and can then get comfy in a new space of being.

Does this mean I expect to wake on Saturday to a new world? ... um, no! But it does mean I can rest assured this lighter heart I've been donning can get to stay for a while. And man, does it feel good. Each day is ours to co-create. What shall you share with the universe today?

Rock n Roll What?!?

I've been playing out in the ethers as the Rock N Roll Shaman for a few years now. Invariably someone asks how this moniker came into being and I always have fun answering this.

My friend Laura Faeth is the first to inspire me and since then myriad other answers, reasons and justifications have come in.

To answer it simply, I love music, am rather rockin my readings and bust out old paradigms much as rock n roll music does.

It is through sound that all the worlds ills can be resolved! When I'm down and out, Tool is always the first thing I pop in to feel like myself again. NERD is what my family invariably chooses when we clean. Melancholy calls always for John Fruscuinate's The Emyprean ... or Journey if I'm feelin' nostalgic. Sunday morning breakfasts bust out with Ella Duke while Tom Kenyon and the sounds of the Hathors play in my office while working. And when I'm writing... Wagner.

modern musings on 2012

Much discussion have been brewin over the looming 2012 new year. As with all things, you really can breathe into it what you'd like. End of the world? New brink of humanity? Or simply a new year's day no different than last. Whatever your heart wants to be true, you can find someone who can validate it.

My view has shifted over the years... settling into something rather special that now fills me with giddiness.

When my daughter was born, I would wake panicking. I bought some books that helped me sort out my beliefs from the pre-programmed hype. Once I could clearly see what freaked me out, I could then label it as being my stuff or not my stuff. Even watching a trailer for movie 2012, I felt such fear being cued. Inside the darkened theater, I did my best to eradicate the mass induced fear the images and music were trying to amp up.

What I have experienced in an ever increasing excitement as we approach the year! It's remarkable how much we are evolving as a whole. Never before have we been able to access all previous lifetimes with perfect clarity. Never before have we been given access to esoteric spiritual tools simply by asking. Never before have we been empowered enough to clean up our karma consciously! The internet has made information available en masse. From science to religion to politics to cooking (!), technology really has enable us in every way to have, know and be whatever we want.

In most spiritual traditions, you would dedicate your life to your focused speciality-- be it Tibetan Buddhism or monastic scholarly pursuits. If you were devoted and prudent, you may gain a kernel of universal truth in your aged years. This may be a meditation practice, the ability to levitate, or simply a healing technique known only to your tribe or clan.

Now, in knowing the questions to ask, we are able to get clear and beneficial information instantly! A web search can only be at the level you know how to request. If you need a 3rd eye activation from Metatron, you can find one online. If you are looking for the best way to awaken the serpents to assist in ascension level meditations... that's out there too.

I am humbly amazed by the breadth and quality of spiritual materials available to us. In the last 10 years alone we have advanced the human race to a level not achieved since Atlantis. With the monumental push, it's truly mind blowing to imagine what 2012 might herald in. Be bold, be curious, be humble and see what new frontier you can conquer!

Haunted Houses, Ghosts and My oh My.... there's something in the air this time of year!

Let’s break this down into a few parts…. Are there ghosts? Yes. Are some houses haunted? Yes. Are evil spirits out to scare people? Not so much!

Here’s my take on what the heck is happening in the invisible realms…

The death process is tricky, requiring the right keys and access. For most of us, Angels & Loved Ones will ensure we make our way through to the other side. For others, those whose life was filled with ick or those who pass too quickly or while under the influence, the A to B of life to death is muddier. These few can happen into becoming a ghost.

Other “ghosts” are stuck on their own accord. A brutal or cruel life may warrant fear that the being is unwilling to face. I don’t give up hope on any being and instead choose to help them make their way through.

In the days of Old, we had intricate ceremonies, and prayers for the Dead. The Egyptian and Tibetan Books of the Dead chronicle 100 days of prayers and rituals to ensure the crossing party made it to the other side. In our modern rituals, we are dead, buried and grieved within a week!

Ghosts do happen and require assistance. To me, it simply looks like a soul who is stuck and needs a light shone in the right direction to get moving again. Whether in death or in life, my job is to compassionately assist souls in their journey. A house clearing (or blessing) can be incredibly effective and beneficial in assisting the "stuck" soul and helping the family feel better, clearer and more safe.

Haunted houses rarely have ghosts. Hauntings are the result of intense energy that has created an imprint in the fabric of time… Yes, I may watch and love my Dr. Who but this is truly the best my mind has been able to make sense of it. Imagine writing something in pencil then erasing it. The bold color words may be gone, but the image – your creation, intention, and energy – will still be there.

A haunting is often simply a bad event, that keeps playing itself over and over as if in a loop. In most cases, the household simply needs to figure out that this is what’s happening and reconcile how they can live with it. A true haunting poses no threat as the energy is simply repeating an image and has no life force (being/person/thing) attached to it.

If there is an energy attached (a ghost) who is causing the family discomfort, an intervention is required to assist the being in movin on. I believe in compassionate clearing, helping the ghost understand what occurred and empowering them with the option of completing their own natural life/death cycle.

So what about the oogie boogies who are harming or threatening? Evil, they are not for the word is simply divisive. Polarity (good vs bad) is the true root of most “bad things” and when we can understand with greater awareness, the fear factor may be eradicated. There are energies who operate “different” than us. Most of us operate from a place of love, kindness, and harmonious relationships. Others seek power and greed. This doesn’t make them wrong, just different… you still with me??

The oogie boogies are older earth bound energies who simply want power. They feel power by creating fear. Look at them like monsters (or even demons) and you only provoke your own fear. Look at them like beings with an agenda different than yours and you are empowered to change the situation!

For those truly dark beings with a rooted agenda in fear, we have skilled LightWorkers who can assist. I do not encourage bustin out your sage and trying to clear things on your own. Sometimes you’ll only entice that which you are trying to rid.

But, having the knowledge of what’s what in the invisible realms is power too. If you have specifics, put in a call to someone you trust and ask for assistance! My basic rule is that we are Masters of this plane and we’re in charge. When we can come into our power on this, we have infinite potential to create and be the change we seek.

Wishful Thinking or Actual Messages from the Other Side

We’ve all heard the stories of mourning family members receiving messages from the other side. But how do we know when it’s actual “proof” of the great beyond versus wishful thinking?

In my world, I try to accept everything as true! The very nature of my work means I must believe. Truth be told, you are psychic too and the more you believe, listen to, trust and follow the information you receive, the more you will be given.

If you have a questionable encounter… ask yourself if believing that it’s true makes you feel better or worse. Invariably, better right? So go with that, lovey and let your heart feel soothed in your time of need. From songs on the radio at just the right time, to lights flicking on and off, to uncanny coincidences, these are easy ways Spirit can get through to us.

I’ve had a slew of departed loved ones recently teaching me from the other side. One gentleman in particular was giving me a lecture on how radios (and music boxes) are easier to manipulate – get through—than an ipod. Fascinating! The level of the energy he said is more conducive for him in the radio signal rather than a programmed, mini-computer formatted, ipod. The frequencies, he said, were more harmonious and carried more of a life energy. Even Pandora has quite the right energy… you can read all about that story here. Perhaps radio and Pandora allows for coincidence to enter because we are not in control of what’s on.

Gavin and I used to get frequent messages from his bff who crossed when they were teenagers. Tony, in his youth, worked in a Taco Bell. There was a particular Taco Bell in Chicago that we used to go to be with him. Every time we were there the music on the radio would literally answer us, confirming the things we were contemplating. Nirvana in a Taco Bell—you better believe it!

This universe is giving us myriad ways everyday to support us in our growth and expansion. If we choose to be skeptical, we will receive confirmations, myth busting and empiricist science that disproves the spiritual. That is the way the universe works, it provides us with what we ask for.

For those of us who choose to believe (I <3 Mulder!) we will likewise find more ways that support us in our optimism. Believing brings us more, feels better and allows us to actively participate in the magic of creation. Try it out both ways and let me know which feels better for you!

Psychic Myth Bustin'

"How can you do psychic work full time if no one believes in what you do?" I had a new friend recently ask me this and as I tried to compose myself and answer diplomatically, all I could think was geesh, this is exactly the struggle I face in legitimizing my business.

"From one holy shit moment to the next," I answered. It's often those who don't believe in my work at all that gain the most. I rely on touching people's hearts in the most profound of ways and hope they pass my name along. I know my ethics, my authenticity and my sincerity, so the real trick is just finding others who value what I do.

So for the record, let's clear up some of the crazy schiet y'all think of when you think of a psychic:

~ we wear turbans and use a crystal ball

~ we're just making stuff up

~ we sleep with cats

~ we're weird, crazy or both

~ we know the future

~ we're out to curse, beguile or scam you

Now some may be all or part of these things, I however, and most of my close trusted circle of psychic allies, are none of these.... ok, maybe the cat part but that's their story to tell!

I am a sassy and spunky, non turban wearing psychic. I don't love the word psychic but get that it's a good catch all to explain what the fudge I do! I feel myself to be a force of positive change, inspiration and empowerment. I do this using my enhanced intuitive abilities and continually receiving training so I may better be in service. I am a healer and hope to help my community in times of need. AND I try to do this with as little ego as possible.

I'm also a Mom, Wife, Sister, Daughter, tax payer, business woman, voracious reader, sometimes inspired chef, and avid plant lover. The more I normalize my work and allow people to know me before they know what I do, the more they may safely relax into the world I get to walk.

To be able to deliver messages from the other side that heal decade old wounds, to clear energies that block someone from fulfilling their dreams, and to help empower someone with the truth of an awful relationship so (s)he can move on for good-- that is the gift of the psychic. I feel so very blessed and am in constant awe of the beauty I get to see through your eyes.

Soul Retrieval... and the shamanic process

So you got the juice of why a soul retrieval is the best thing you’ve never done. So what can you expect when you actually have one?

The healing session will be much like a massage (with you laying on the table and relaxing) while the shaman works. Drums will often be played to help carry the shaman to the invisible realms to literally find and retrieve those soul pieces ready to return.

Your shaman will be using an ancient technique of “journeying” into the Spirit realm to find the pieces of you ready to come back. Journeying is the most trusted tool of the shaman though to you it may just look like someone with their eyes closed. Drums often help set the tone and aid in the voyage. Since you’re laying on the table, chance are it may just sound pretty soothing!

The retrieval itself can be incredibly interesting… In some cases, the parts are ready to come back, excited to again experience the physical world. Other times, these parts are still genuinely repeating the trauma that sent them away in the first place and need a little sweet talking.... or even negotiation.

In one of my early soul retrievals, I had a soul part who agreed to come back only if I soaked in a bath weekly. To her, this was an important need that wasn't being met. To keep her around and bring completion to the healing, I needed to nurture her …and myself… better. Pretty dang cool but a perfect example of a negotiation that was required before she'd agree to return.

When the retrieving is complete, the Shaman may blow on your head, heart, and/or stomach to help the pieces land back in their home.

The pieces who do come back act as blessings, helping us feel more complete, content and purposeful. Our heart space often opens and whatever was ailing us may be lifted. Heavy emotions, once center stage, are lessened in intensity allowing better flow, appreciation and a return to passion and vitality.

Your job is to celebrate their return and make them feel cozy! Talk to them, follow the requests they made, and so your best to prevent (or at least avoid) another run-away. It may also help to write and share “their” story so you don’t repeat it!

In this wild world of invisible medicine, it is empowering to know such tools are available to us! In all cases, find someone you trust or get referrals. Since this is energy, we all move about differently and require different subtleties.

Soul Loss ... and other esoteric soul mastery notions

In the last post on the Boon Guide, I mentioned the Soul Retrieval -- way to leave you hangin, right?   I wanted to share why this is one of my favorite tools for healing!

It's really such a powerful process and I think everyone should receive at least one Soul Retrieval in the course of a lifetime. (I've had 3 to date and find more pieces each time!)
The basic idea:: as traumas occur, little pieces of us branch off or run away, called soul loss. A soul retrieval gathers the "parts" and brings them home.

And now for the expanded version of why soul retrievals are necessary ::   ... I'll explain the process next time...

First, let's set the landscape. The Shaman performs Soul Retriveals which are the result of Soul Loss. The Shaman is master of the spirit and physical worlds. It is this trained and revered healer who literally walks between worlds to help his/her community. The tools are well honored traditions, prayers, and methods that have been passed down through the ages. The Soul Retrieval is one such tool.

Soul Loss is what we're delving into so we need to know what makes the soul so dang special… outside of the obvious qualities...

The soul is our most basic life force. As soon as the soul leaves, the body dies. Anyone who has been with a loved one at the moment of passing can tell you once the soul departs, the person looks different, empty even.

“You don’t have a soul. You are a soul. You have a body.” - C.S. Lewis

Our soul is multi-faceted and complicated! Not only does it venture through lifetimes, but it may even leave our body occasionally and visit other places. Shamanic journeying, astral projection, and remote viewing are examples of the soul taking an escapade yet not fully departing the physical body.

The soul can explore realms and come back… or in a soul loss, venture off and stay gone until we come lookin’. Soul loss occurs any number of ways – from physical or sexual abuse, through experiencing a traumatic situation, or even just having a bad fight. No one knows with certainty why a soul piece decides to fly off, but it is a common occurrence and one rarely addressed in our society. Soul loss occurs for any number of reasons and cannot be prevented. It is simply part of the package in this human condition.

Shamans will look for hints that soul loss has occurred. When they find clues, a soul retrieval is the next step to restoration of the client. Here are some hints that may suggest this route:

You may notice a part of you feels dead or lost, this would be an obvious clue. Were you in an auto accident years ago and haven't been the same since? Or perhaps there's a relationship, long gone, that you've never been able to let go of.

Common symptoms of a soul loss include :

- depression
- feeling incomplete
- feeling stuck and not knowing how to move through it
- feeling not like yourself, disconnected from those you love

Not all traumas cause soul loss and in some instances a piece may just decide it's all too much and hot tail it outta there. I had one piece do exactly that. She wasn’t happy with the choices I was making as a young adult—I enjoyed my drinking phase while she found it destructive!

Though we cannot "prevent" soul loss, we can become energetically sensitive enough to recognize when something is off. In this way we can do our own psychic maintenance to ensure total well being.

the Boon of the Invisible Friend

Remember that friend you "made up" as a kid? The reliable, loyal playmate who only you could see? Even if you don't, go ahead an imagine him/her now for fun. Once you have this picture in your mind, bring it into your heart and feel the love they shared with you!

Now for the cool part-- you weren't and aren't making them up! In fact this is a special Spirit Guide who is assigned to help you as a child. From the point of conception up until about 9-11 years old, it is the sacred role of this Guide to protect and nurture you.

Just as we choose -- prior to our birth-- our parents, our lessons, and even our body type, we also are given our Boon Guide, who some call the Invisible Friend, who will help ensure our soul, our very divine essence, is securely housed within the physical body.

Many families dismiss these earliest recounting as being just the imagination. When in fact the role of this Guide is so crucial to our own spiritual development! Kids who actively see these Invisible Friends should be encouraged and honored.

I call them the Boon Guide because of an reference from Brian Froud to the Boon Fairy. The Boon, in fairy lore, was a family fairy assigned to protect the children of the lineage keeping away bad dreams and traveling throughout the generations. Our imaginary friends act in this same manner, though a bit more robust in their sacred endeavors. Boon, by definition, is a blessing! And I can’t imagine a more appropriate title.

Ok, fascinating, but why might this Guide be helpful to us as adults?

I remember as a child playing in the bath with my invisible friend, Victoria. She was a gorgeous and exotic woman with long black hair and fine features. Why was my friend a full grown woman I wondered. As an adult, I rekindled a relationship with her and discovered her very important role. If was from her, I was given the information on Boon Guides.

She has remained a constant teacher and invaluable asset for my own growth. I have a much more full relationship with her now than I did even then.

What I love the most about the Boon Guides are their ability to protect and witness childhood traumas. These are not beings who interfere, or change the course of human action, but they can hold us safely during even the most horrific of young events.

- In cases of childhood trauma including physical and sexual abuse, their silent witness can help us reclaim parts of ourselves, and our power, that we lost as children.

- When Soul fragmentation occurs (where the a part of the soul runs away… very common in fact!), the Boon will make sure the "run-away" lands safely. If we seek a soul retrieval, the Shaman may ask for the help of the Boon Guide to make sure the soul part is retrieved successfully.

- For inner child work, we can ask for the assistance of our Boon Guide to remember events and circumstances that may be affecting us as adults.

- Psychologists and healers who assist their clients in recovering from childhood wounding can work with the Boon to facilitate more profound healing

Though we may "outgrow" our Invisible Friends, the protection and devotion of the Guide never really leaves us. The love of our Boon Guides can be a powerful force as it the love that follows us from Source right into the center of our being.

Why your reading may suck... and how to make sure it doesn't

“Oh, I’ve been to psychics before but no one can ever read me.” Weekly I hear this from someone as a reason not to have a reading. As a strong, clear, and ethical psychic, I know I’m good at my job and sometimes take the fact that no one before has been able to read you as a challenge. In the decade I’ve been doing readings, only once have I actually found this to be the case. What I have found is that the only real reason for a block is fear … and a heart that needs a lil bit of lovin’.

People who are resistant or doubtful of my abilities can be a wee bit challenging. These are the people who invariably are looking for a reason I am wrong. Perhaps I challenge their beliefs, or maybe they just fear their own truth, which inevitably wants to be shared. Others may have a specific agenda and if I’m unable to pass their “tests” I must be a phony. A client once asked me to replay the conversation she and her brother had in his last moments. This does feel like a test and one I don’t choose to participate in. The cool thing? Even these readings are ultimately successful in receiving the information that needs to come through.

What I have found is one’s open heart is directly proportionate to how well the reading goes. The woman who wants to simply confirm that her husband is cheating will only receive this from the reading. While the man who is just in this “to see what happens,” with an open heart and curious mind, will likely have his reality shifted in the best of ways!

Even for the few who just sit down to a reading for kicks, I am damn good at what I do and can quickly convert you. The dubious are often my biggest supporters in fact for they never though the psychic stuff was real anyway. Ain’t surprises grand?

When I first started doing psychic readings, my mom asked me if I was calling myself Madam Andye and using a crystal ball!

Psychic conjures up all kinds of images of fakes and phonies for me. It sounds so flipping airy fairy I want to kick myself everytime I present myself as a psychic. We have so many forces working against us, some days it’s an uphill battle to introduce myself as a legitimate business woman. Imagine the scoffs I get at professional networking events when I share what I do!

However, the bottom line is if you want to find a psychic – or someone who offers readings -- this is likely the word you will go looking for. We (my colleagues and myself) have tried to come up with all kinds of terms to dance around psychic : intuitive, spiritual counselor, energetic healer, clairvoyant. You name it, I’ve tried it—truly, look through a stack of my old business cards and you’ll find any number of these terms proudly printed.

Call me what you will, I keep moving forward bringing the gift of my integrity to the masses. I have to set an ethical standard and teach clients what a psychic should be offering them. By nature I’m a rather curious and playful being. If something doesn’t inspire me, chances are I won’t do it. Not out of selfishness but rather from a deep well of self love. If I’m not in service to me, who the heck will be?

the Commanding Energy of the Natural World

"We as healers are collectors of power." The first time I heard this, I was both offended and dismissive. I am an ethical and compassionate healer, kind to others, and humble in my role. As our instructor continued, she explained the wise native medicine men and women knew above all else, they were gathering powers. To claim anything less is naïve and dangerous. The world of spirit sees us as powerful beings and if we don’t respect the gifts we’ve learned, earned and collected, we are vulnerable to these skills being taken and mis-used by spirits seeing us as weak and easily manipulated.

This simple message truly rocked my world …and it took some time to accept and get used to. I am so grateful for contemporary teachers who bestow upon us the ancient wisdom we sorely miss and have forgotten in our modern society; Without the benefit of literally sitting in a rainforest amongst my tribe with a weathered master shaman, I may have missed this invaluable lesson!

I recognize in my work I must be powerful --powerful enough my people trust in my abilities and powerful enough the Spirits obey my commands. Spirits are by nature ...tricky! Without the benefit of a body, they are able to bend, travel and behave in ways we cannot. They can be many places at once; They can move through other dimensions, time and space; They can see and work in the invisible realms most of us have forgotten. Very cool indeed but also in need of a director, or a master, they trust.

Relationships with Spirit are both a matter of trust and an earned respect. I cannot call upon an Angel or Spirit Guide unless I have cultivated a relationship with the Being and proven myself pure of heart. Many times, unknown Beings will offer their services and it's then my due diligence to examine the character and intention of the Being offering said services. I don’t ask strangers for favors, in neither this physical realm nor the spiritual realm. To me, this is just basic protocol, and to do otherwise, would be fool-hearty.

What's required of me in order to earn respect of the Spirits is not only focus but a willingness to be powerful. The power I use is commanding. We must be able to "command" Spirits in order to accomplish what is required. Commanding is cooperative and creative, working WITH nature to effect change.

Many of us may confuse command and demand. Living in a demanding society, we are accustomed to the demands of others. This is a crucial point I wish to bring Light. "Demand" is forceful and implies a threat if the demand is not followed. A command on the other hand requires an act of faith, trusting the command will be carried out. A command has respect built in, whereas demands may take force or fear to execute. The fundamental difference is the co-creative nature of a command.

A command is not attached to an outcome nor does it involve ego. I command because I believe in the wholeness, the perfection, the DIVINITY of my clients. Energy simply needs to be moved. A command also carries intention: “I command the issue blocking my client from being happy leave!” This is in cooperation with a universe that is genuinely loving. A command simply tells the energy I mean business. And when asking Angels and Guides whom I have created relationships, my command is assuredly carried out.

As a natural healer, an energy worker --a shaman-- I must command energies in order to effect change on the physical level. I've done my work and created the necessary relationships with the Spirit World knowing energy will be moved in this physical world. If I don’t believe in what I am doing, neither will Spirit, nor will the energies of the body which make up the dis-ease. Commanding earns respect and assures we are returned to our natural state of harmony and balance: It is YOUR BODY who chooses to heal ...I only create the optimal environment for it to do so. A pretty dang cool trick when you think of it, but must be executed with pure intention and utmost respect.

Try your hand with commands and see if you can feel the difference. But start slow, tiger, and make sure ego is removed so you can truly flow in the co-creative process of commanding energy gorgeously and gracefully ...they way we were intended!

the power of Pink

My best friend's sister in law just passed unexpectedly. This seems to be happening more and more these days. I hold the family in Light and trust that T's journey is divinely orchestrated.

Before she crossed she visited me. I had a hard time juggling my calling as a shaman, assisting her Spirit, and acting as a best friend. I tried to separate the two. But T kept sending me a song she asked I share with the family. Raise your Glass by P!nk was her anthem during her transition.

I turned the song on, sobbed heavily and laughed my way through. I am always amazed by the weaving of spirit and music. The song perfectly captured her own reaction to her sudden death. Celebration and an ease surrounded her as I jammed out with T and P!nk.

Spirit does have an undeniable way of working through music. The invisible world is easily able to affect a radio and send us just what we need before we even know we need it. Many times I have seen this occur and am always in awe at how perfectly the lyrics speak precisely to the situation at hand.

The next time you're having a hard time, ask the music to soothe you. Inevitably a song will come on the radio or Pandora that is an answer to your prayers. Our Angels are always listening and this world is created to support us always. Never doubt that the coincidence is Spirit tailored for you and is a special delivery.

Sheshat Speaks Once more

In November 2008, I was visited during one of my meditations by a Goddess calling herself Sheshat. She appeared as an intimate and wise mentor, yet I had never before heard of her. In our discourse, she asked I learn directly from her, shying away from outside research and validation of who she is and what she does – of course, this piqued my interest but also my hesitation. To my delight, these past 3 years have been simply amazing quietly re-learning her wisdom, and I'm glad to announce she is FINALLY ready to let her words and message be made public!!

WHO IS SHESHAT

Sheshat is an Ascended Master and along with her lover Thoth, they both successfully ascended just prior to the fall of Atlantis. She appeared again to the ancient Egyptians and was credited as the Goddess of the Library.

An exceptionally tall beauty --dark and luscious-- she is in fact a Nubian Queen exuding radiant “big mama” energy. She walked the Earth during the earliest days of the Nubian civilization and was eventually adopted by the Egyptians. She loves us beyond measure... as evidenced by appearing in our most significant times (especially now) to aid our civilization in advancement. Calling herself the Mother of Ascension, she is here to lovingly guide us through the transition into 2012: Ensuring as many people as possible are ready to ascend.

A creator Goddess, Sheshat is incredibly forgiving and generous. She soothes us by erasing our fear-based constructs of guilt and blame recognizing instead the crucial importance of every choice we make in our soul's growth.

Sheshat radiates! She is joyous and compassionate! Simply invoking Her we are comforted for She sees our Highest Truth and shines back to us the expansiveness of our Being.

She is a teacher's teacher holding the deepest mysteries of our existence. She tells me I was one of her highest initiates and keepers of her traditions long ago. As soon as I re-kindled my relationship with Her, my world shifted rather profoundly!

I'm just one of her initiates in this lifetime of the Akashic Records (she used to have entire temples full of students) and have been blessed to work in this sacred space since 2003. Sheshat has shown herself to me as not simply the Goddess of the Library but actual Creator and Master of the Akashic Records!

To me, the connection between “the Library” and the Library referring to the Akashic Records was fairly obvious! Yet I find no other writings making this correlation. Sheshat has shown me all three phases: The creation, the destruction, and the still living legacy of the Akashic Records. As Mother of Ascension, Keeper of the Great Book of Souls, Holder of the Immaculate Akashic Records, it is She who sees all time and is able to weave the “truth” of each soul.

The Library She kept was in fact the Akashic Records-- the intimate history of each soul. She is able to SEE each individual person and write his/her part into the Tree of Life. No falsehoods can exist within the Akashic Records for it is the ultimate Source of Truth for each living being on this planet. No one shall pass –literally-- through the Gates of Ascension without consulting Her directly, because She is a gatekeeper knowing the truth, purity and intention in the heart of each man and is a required “stamp of approval” for those aspiring toward ascension.

TV can save your Soul... or at least point you in the right direction...

My hubby and I are frequent ...yet discriminating... tv viewers. We only watch shows that uplift our soul and leave us better informed or better feeling! A favorite show from years past has been VH1's The Pick Up Artist. The premise-- men lacking in confidence were "schooled" in wooing women. Of course the surface level was simply dudes learning how to score, yet on the transformational level, we were moved by the heartfelt maturation and glowing self esteem of these lovable characters.

VH1 aired this 5 years ago and it has remained one of our sweeter addictions. Cut to present day as darling hubby and I were watching Lie to Me. An actor on the show looked much like Pick Up Artist winner Kosmo.

We recalled his face fondly reminiscing on his awkward start. We applauded his self fulfillment of becoming an actor overcoming his self confidence hurdles. He had achieved such success from the show he was able to manifest his dreams. Huzah!

Jumping onto IMBD to confirm that indeed this was our former ugly duckling, we were met with the page of a successful actor, a mixed martial artist and celebrity interviewer. This was no gawky boy but rather a young man who oozed confidence. An actor-- paid and played!

We conceded to the heavy realization that the show was a farce written and performed to win over the viewers. Kudos for fooling an empath and a psychic! Geesh, what we will overlook when our sentiment is engaged.

Most every reality show does have writers. I've been curious about this in the past but allowed myself to enjoy the ride. Reality tv allows us to feel the awkward, uncomfortable parts of ourselves in a safe way. This is why people come back week after week.

Reality tv gives us a safe outlet of self exploration and airs out our shadow selves without us having to go through the emotional layer peeling. Confronting ourselves is challenging! But when we can turn on the tube and let others do it for us, what a relief it can be to take the emotional ride without the work.

However, many viewers are not so discerning nor aware of the drama being played out before them. With awareness comes growth. Can we accept our tv habit as an opportunity for spiritual growth? Can we enjoy the ride as much knowing we are being mislead?

I think we can! As a race we are approaching a time of great honesty and emotional awareness. If we can turn to our television as a tool of ascension, we may find amongst the channels a cliff notes of spiritual mastery. Can we watch Kosmo overcome his shyness to get a girl's number? Can I see my own awkward and unloved parts and applaud my success as much as I do his?

Awareness brings a greater commitment to self. This is never easy but is mandatory for self mastery. If we see things in ourselves that require healing, we must take the necessary (and sometimes difficult) steps to heal it! Next time you're lost in hours of tv, take a moment to check in with yourself and see how your body feels. Is it tight? Are you anxious? Or are you blissful and relaxed? Can you take the emotional response your body is conveying and look inside to see what parts of yourself can be healed?

I find after a few shows, I need a break to check in with myself. I often find emotions I wasn't aware of while the show was playing. Breath into this energy and allow it to teach you something about yourself. In this way we can still engage in a bad habit by bringing awareness to it.

As parents we have an even greater responsibility to make sure our kids understand tv (reality or no) is in no way reality! To think weight loss can only occur on Biggest Loser or that love can only be found on the Bachelor creates a misguided reality.

The true gift of reality tv is in not exposing the fraud but in accepting the suspension of "reality" and allowing it to guide us to the wounded parts of ourselves.

the Non-Obligatory (but Highly Encouraged) Disclaimer

I have been psychic since I was a kid-- heck we ALL are psychic. For me I was an active participant in the unseen world-- seeing ghosts, talking to plants, and having intimate relationships with my invisible friends from the age of 3.

By 6, I was practicing with my sister "sending and receiving" games with a deck of cards. In it's day, this ESP practice was said to help improve one's Extra-Sensory Perceptions. At 8 years old I was reading a book called You Are Psychic, hoping that I would one day be as "in tune" as my Dad seemed to be-- he could watch someone come out of a grocery store and tell you what they had bought.

My gifts would be largely empathic until I was ready to decide what to do with them. I had to make a conscious choice and commitment to Spirit that I would choose this "path" as my only focus.

In 2001, at the age of 24, I made this agreement with my Angels and have been dedicating my professional career to being a full time "psychic" ever since.

Once I took this step, I became a highly active medium. Medium in that I receive and deliver messages-- receiving directly from Spirit/Source/God. Even I have been confused on exactly what it is I do. My Guides have assured me I am not a channeler-- channeler, as explained by them, is someone who allows another energy to share their physical body, allowing "them" to drive so to speak.

I am a Medium- fully conscious, mostly present, deliverer of messages from the Divine. I forget much of what comes through as it by-passes my brain and comes directly out my mouth -- both a gift and a burden for I have no chance to "edit" what is coming out! The Angels showed me an image recently of a muppet (yes, a full on Henson muppet) with it's bulbous head only able to open and close from the mouth.

I am open one might say and the messages come from Above, right out my mouth without any chance of hitting my brain. When I do get involved-- attempting to edit, decipher, or explain the messages-- the session loses its potency. I've learned over the years I'm best as a Quiet Observer!

Chicago 2001 I was fully activated receiving daily messages from Angels, Ghosts, and Spirit Guides. At that point, I had no need to quantify "Who" was sending these messages. The biggest hurdle in being fully psychic (as we all have the potential to be) is simply TRUSTING that the messages coming through are real. The more I listened and trusted, the more They gave.

At this point, my husband and I didn't have the insight to capture what was being shared as it seemed much more for our own personal growth rather than needing to be shared with anyone else. Boy have things changed!

I now capture (through writing or voice recorder) as much as I can. The messages I now receive are REQUIRED to be shared. As I have gained clarity on my Soul Mission, my role in serving humanity, the more I share the better I am fulfilling my obligation to the world.

The words, ideas, concepts, and "facts" found in my writing are direct communications from my Angelic Counsel, Spirit Guides, and trusted Light Beings. I am not a scholar, not a researcher, and certainly not a scientist! I receive what They share, Trust what They share and Share what they Share. This is how I can be of service to my community.

As I have become more proficient in receiving, I am also becoming more responsible in asking and verifying from whom the message is coming. I make every effort to identify the source of the messages. This is a necessary safety measure for me so I am assured I am working in the Light at all times.

Discovering Our Soul Mission

My strongest gift is in helping others re-member not only their brilliance and Divinity but also restoring their Soul Mission.

Each of us enters this life with a unique and specific calling. Often, we are most clearly in touch with this in our childhood. As we grow up and try increasingly harder to do what others expect of us, we lose touch with this soul calling (our own life purpose), and some of us forget it completely. This loss is epic not only to the individual but also to the universe.

Our Soul Mission serves not only our highest soul aspects, our very Divinity, but is also a sacred contract we agreed to manifest and bring to this world. Just as we need food and air to survive, our soul needs to fulfill this agreement to evolve! Imagine if Gandhi had instead decided to be an accountant …The world would have been bereft without his universal vision of peace and love. The world not only asks of us to do our best but EXPECTS and is counting on us to fulfill our commitment --our Soul Mission-- in order for mankind, the Earth, and the Universe to continue evolving.

You are Divine and the world needs you to live your Highest calling!

We all have something majestic to offer our world. At this most unique time in human history approaching the energetic shift of 2012, we are all needed to do our part. The Universe was designed to have all people from all cultures live and thrive with joy and ease, and once you are back in alignment with this truth, everything falls into place.

Your Soul Mission is not only the abilities which come easiest to you but also the skills and talents which bring you the greatest joy (in other words, your passion). Preparing for the Future

[in my personal life I have had a hard time buying into the 2012 hype. Emergency preparedness and stock piling food & supplies feels to me reactionary. I refuse to support a fear based system and instead ignore the suggestion of friends and loved ones to be prepared in some way. This message was personal for me but also felt worthy of being shared to help alleviate fears of others. Received from Mary Magdalene in June 2010. My notes, clarifications are in brackets]

Let's talk about the fear so we can clear this-- nothing great comes without hardship. Like tests, life will be at times challenging, but we are doing our best to limit the upheaval for those of you who are listening.

Yes, be prepared if it makes you feel better but know that regardless, we will have you covered. Be it people who are better prepared than you or no need at all-- we need you focused on the immediate tasks at hand.

Being prepared is not buying into fear. Separate the two and you may have an easier time navigating this.

Bodywork is good to release [the fear] but it will be "restorative work" that will get you ready. Have these two resources in your team. [healers and restores using techniques such as the Bars or Reconnection, or any other DNA activation process]

[to be prepared] configure your team-- energy workers, intuitives, body workers and especially those whom you have cast as "crazy." [individuals and eccentrics diagnosed with mental imbalances] they do have a direct dial in to us and may be beneficial. It is their nonconformity that makes you uncomfortable but there is great wisdom when you are able to truly hear.

Get the kids off drugs! Get the elderly off drugs! Do whatever necessary to eradicate reliance on oral medications that are not living in the dirt of the Earth. Living in the dirt is key-- life and earth-- these are your strongest allies as they were created by our sister Deva Eulysia. [Deva Eulysia was my name in my first Earth incarnation]

Of course! You are sister-- I as wind and He as fire. The deliciousness of the wind whipping at you always reminds you I am near. Fire is his warmth, his light his gift his burning truth, We siblings, we are the four directions. Sit with this and let it percolate-- it will reappear in your work with Skye.

Land protectors, farmers, clusters will again need to form so heart storm on these alliances

Get to know your land.. love it nurture it, feed it and allow it to feed you. Connect with local farmers to know who and where your food sources are coming from.

Any friends can tell you I am a fan of Tool. This may surprise folks who simply see Tool as a heavy metal band. They are in fact rock n roll shamans individually and collectively dedicated to self-awakening. Studying alchemy, ancient mystical arts and sacred geometry, the band provides a gateway to deep mysteries for those who are asking for the key. While the music is gritty and entrancing, it is deeply soulful and provoking

And let me remind you, provocation is rarely comfortable.

We saw Tool at Red Rocks last night. Though I am prone to drama (Cancer sun and moon!) I can honestly say I experienced a re-birth.

The show was as every true church is meant to be; a mystical event felt on the earth and in the heavens. At Red Rocks with the skyline of Denver, a rising orange moon ablaze with love, and the music, Tool pushed us to go deeper than many of us had gone before.

Maynard opened the show reminding us : "For the next two hours, nothing else matters." For those of us willing to step to the altar of rock and roll, a total transformation awaited.

The show was raw, rhythmic and dirty. The images on the stage were all one had to tap into as vocalist Maynard James Keenan prefers to remain as an instrument rather than at full front stage as a rock god. Staying behind the lights at the back of the stage in the dark, he won't allow us the comfort of conforming to the ways other bands might do it.

Rather than having a singer center stage raking in the glory, Maynard allows drummer Danny Carey to become the focal point. His penetrating vibes awakened full kundlini energy one would have to be dead not to feel. At one point, he beat his drums allowing the full reverb to bounce off the mountains behind us. This was a gift through and through as it allowed every cell to wake up and pay attention.

Though many were stoned or drunk, the awakening was available to any who wanted it. I could feel the blood lighting up through my veins... my body moved in the most unusual of ways to the beat, and I allowed myself to be transformed. Mayan medicine as well as Oriental pulse diagnostics acknowledge truth is in the blood and use it as a primary indicator of wellness.

Each song bled into the other as images of alien/human hybrids played on the screen. Guitarist Adam Jones is responsible for much of the visual presentation and provides the perfect visual compliment to Maynard's primal tones. The images were disturbing-- pushing us to the limits of our comfort zone or even acting as prefab metal gore for others. At times, I had to look away, staring instead into the starry night sky. The evening felt other-worldly, an open cry from the hearts of many to our star families. We are ready, we are here.

The images and music contained hidden elements -- sitar and native american flute in some songs while the fractal images replete with sacred geometry further fueled our activation. We had not only our third eyes opened, but also our hearts pried wide and raw palpable enough for everyone to feel.

Tool is musical shamans and alchemical muses. Nothing is lost on them so they take each show as an opportunity to wake up, prepare, and empower those of us ready to rise and meet them in self mastery. To step into this realm one must be willing to confront the shadow and the darkness. Embrace it, breathe it, live it so all fears can be conquered.

Sound healing is really the only true healing that will effectively release cellular memories and give birth to new ways of being. As we all regenerate our bodies completely within 7 years (see NYT article here on cell regeneration), it is sound healing that allows us to flush the old to invoke the new.

To receive this healing in such a profound delivery system with the magic of the rockies behind us was a gift unlike anything I have every known. Tool delivered a sermon as it was intended by Jesus Christ-- full kundalini activation though every chakra center bringing us to a fully awakened state.

Shining Bright in the Big City

Our quiet life in the mountains in commune with trees and nature quite suits me. But somehow when I step back into the big city life, I find myself vibrating with another frequency ... and completely intoxicated by it!

Admittedly I haven't been to NYC since I was a young one, 10 or 11 years old maybe. Then it seemed a bombardment of my senses-- too much noise, too many images, an olfactory overload, and intimidated by the intensity of the urban world and the busyness of its people. Being here now, meeting my niece and hanging with my best friend of over 15 years! ...I am strangely drawn into the mystique of the Big Apple.

New York City is in fact on a powerful vortex you can feel walking her streets. In fact, its hard not to feel like a rock star here. Everyone shines just a little brighter-- given an added umph by the forces of Mother Nature. It is a breeding ground for creativity, vital and alive with new ideas bursting forth. To not write while I am here would be doing a grand disservice to the inherent energies at work.

Her allure is great however and one must be cautious to walk lightly and remember the earth beneath us. I worked with a lovely soul today doing energetic and intuitive work. From the Akashic Records, I was able to see the "traps" of the city... see where and why people get caught. Her Guides reminded us you must step out of the city, feel the wind and see the sunshine to keep perspective. Skyscrapers are not mountains nor are street lights the glow of the night sky. Magical though they are, they are in fact a manmade fabrication of the original.

New York offers her best to those who can work with her in harmony. To those who can balance her divine intensity, great gifts await. Others who linger too long may get swept into the web.

I honor you New Yorkers and am glad I was granted entry! I walked the streets unable to sleep so enticed by the electricity. I am humbled by your passion and hope I can carry a bit of it home with me.

I sought the full moon when most others didn't know how gloriously it hung the sky-- the doorman had to ask 2 other people if there was in fact a full moon for he hadn't noticed. We walked to the end of the block together to gaze at her.

I hope I was able to bring a bit of my simple spirituality to the city and will leave here feeling more luminous than I arrived!

Answering the Call

I have been focusing much time and energy this month honoring women through my Goddess Guidance sessions. I have met many Great Mothers, High Goddesses and Wise Women and learned much through the journeys of the clients who have requested this work.

While I continue sharing and giving for others, subtle orchestrations by spirit (call them coincidences if you will) have been urging me to finally heed my own Goddess Guidance. This piece I have quietly carried for nearly a decade. I am called to listen to the Voices that whisper my highest self.

Mary Magdalene came to me in 2002 asking that I write a book. At that time, as a non-Christian and dedicated tree hugger, I didn't understand why this was being asked of me.

She showed me in meditation the jar she held-- the alabaster jar of legend-- was actually a potent herbal blend containing a medicine that would make whoever ingested it appear to be dead. Thus she shared the way Jesus "died" on the cross. She showed me in detail how he was taken down and put into the tomb. She continued to show me a peaceful pastoral life she and Jesus shared deep into their old age.

She guided me to a find a picture that she felt most accurately captured her true essence. The name Dante Gabriele Rossetti kept running through my head as she prompted me on my journey to find the image. An online search lead me to a Rossetti contemporary Anthony Frederick Augustus Sandys who painted this piece of Mary Magdalene in 1860.

I framed this image which I still keep in my sacred room.

A week later, I did an Akashic Reading for a woman who asked about

Marguerite Porete - a French mystic who died in 1310. Though I had no knowledge of who this woman was, from the perspective of the Akasha, all truth is revealed.

I was shown that Mary Magdalene re-incarnated as Poerte trying to "correct" the ways of the Church. The Church rather than exalting God had actually taught us to fear Him. This was not the way Jesus intended and she came through again as a dedicated voice of truth in the 14th century. Poerte wrote the Mirror for Simple Souls which reminded people of the simplicity of true Divine Love, enabling anyone who wanted to easily and accessibly connect with God. For speaking her truth, she was burned at the stake.

These two revelations so close in time were profound and unexpected. Mary Magdalene asked that I dedicate more time to her and allow a book to be channeled. At that stage in my life, this level of intimate knowledge was too much for me. I stepped away thanking her for her confidences but denying that I was the one for this job.

The following year Dan Brown wrote the DaVinci Code which brought the Magdalene question to modern consciousness. She asked that I not read the book (nor later watch the movie) so my information from her would be pure and unaffected by the media depiction. --to this day I have honored her request--

I have respectfully put our conversation on hold and have not yet resumed pen to paper. Now 8 years later as I dedicate myself to the work of the Great Mothers, She, my ambassador, appears again.

Over the past week, two events have brought her to the fore-front to my world:

- I worked with a client who has a 9 year old son. From our session in the Akashic records, I could see he was a twin though no twins were actually birthed. His "twin" acts as a spirit guide and calls herself Sarah. Sarah is very active within the family unit and is treated as a sibling (way to go Mom & Dad for honoring your child's Spirit Guides in such a profound way!) "Sarafina," rather than the more familiar Sarah, was how she showed herself to me as the daughter of Jesus and Mary Magdalene. She is indeed very present for this boy and acts as both a sister and an angel.

- the documentary Bloodline showed up in my Netflix que. It documents the 2007 unearthing of Mary Magdalene's likely tomb buried in the hills of pastoral France. I started it one night too exhausted to physically keep my eyes open. Since that night, I have been unable to step away from this Great Mother, Mary Magdalene.

Tonight I finished the documentary and have felt the full passion of an inflamed heart beating within me. I know it to be Her presence and know now is the time I have been asked to return to Her.

I have long known I was here to act as a voice of the Divine and of the Feminine. I have tiptoed around this combined calling for years afraid to fully embrace my own power. Power is a tricky thing and one I have held at a distance. I was shown last week the true Power of the Feminine Divine and reminded how its energy will be the vital force to re-balance our world.

My work with the Great Mothers has been my greatest gift and honor. I finally think I am ready to receive what more She has been waiting to tell me. I will share in future posts what unfolds next. I too will be curious to see where our work takes us.

Divine or Delusion

A friend asked the other day how to tell the differnce between genuine psychic gifts versus delusions of grandeur. Not knowing the answer, I asked Spirit for the answer: What we all need to remember is we are all psychically gifted! Where problems arise is when EGO becomes too present.

We are all channels of the Divine, however if one presents himself as being the voice of God or the only person who can talk to ArchAngel Michael, ego has disrupted the frequency. Many of the kids who we work with also come to us fraught with concerns there is something wrong with them or that a visit to the doctor should precede the visit to the local metaphysical center. Not so! Spirit chooses to speak to us in any number of ways and who are we to edit or negate the message.

When we can step into the quiet of our hearts, what does it say? Insight from the Angels is rarely a "whomp" over the head, rather its the gentle whisperings that are the real form of intuition. A psychic has simply practiced listening to and following the voices than most people. I am no more gifted than you! What I have done is spend time focusing on these whisperings so I can clearly identify the divine insights from my own mental meanderings.

200 years ago I would have certainly been locked up for such confessions. Thankfully we now live in a world that increasingly embraces and turns to genuine psychics. I feel so very blessed everyday to own my truth.

Thank you for honoring yourself everyday and allow Spirit tell you how you too can turn up the volume on your own psychic gifts. Its never about a lack of intuition rather its like a great rock anthem that you need to crank up loud to really appreciate. So turn it up, rock it out and feel the Divine beating within your heart each day!

the calling of a Shaman

My mother in law rarely talks about my true calling. When she does in a tone of disdain, she pronounces it shame-n with an emphasis on SHAME. As if what I am doing is not only distasteful but something altogether wrong. My brother in law adds that what I do is not from God.

I don't know what god rules the world they live in, but my God is a pretty hip, all-loving, and approachable dude who would never plant shame, fear, or judgment in people's hearts.

Gavin and I go back and forth whether I should balls out embrace my title or whether by taming the word I can reach a wider audience. The definition of shaman on dictionary.com is:

"(esp. among certain tribal peoples) a person who acts as intermediary between the natural and supernatural worlds, using magic to cure illness, foretell the future, control spiritual forces, etc."

This version strips us of our gifts and making us sound like something of nightmares. I have an alternate definition:

A shaman is a sage. A healer who works with the land energies, plant and animal spirits, and sacred deities to affect change on the physical, spiritual, mental and emotional levels of our being.

We offer this work to the world not to profit or to be glorified but because to not answer the calling makes life even more challenging. We are asked to serve our community selflessly and are required to perform the most courageous of acts. True courage is found not in the action but in serving anyway we can.

The only Shame in Shamanism is when one denies what they have been asked by Spirit to be and to do.

Better than a "BandAid"

A girlfriend who is a healer trained in natural wellness is trying CieAura for the first time. She asked if CieAura helped get to the root of healing or whether it acted as a "bandaid" allowing you to miss the true cause of the dis-ease. I was inspired by this question and asked Metatron for guidance in answering her fully.

Natural healing for deep and lasting wellness comes from bringing our attention to the reason for the dis-ease. Physical aches and pains-- especially those which have been with us a long time-- are our cues to look within to ascertain the root cause. Our society has become accustomed to receive "healing" in a pill. The pill enters our body, must be broken down by our stomach and liver, then somehow makes its way through the entire body to alleviate the pain localized in a specific area. In my opinion, this is taking the long route ... when there's a quicker path from point A to point B.

CieAura instead calls our close attention to the physical location of the pain. We must quiet ourselves to carefully notice where the discomfort is and place a Holographic Chip there. CieAura actually allows for deeper healing, because requires we don't simply stick and ignore. Using CieAura we monitor the pain to ensure we have put the chip in the right place. If we are not relieved within 15-20 minutes, the chip(s) should be adjusted to find the precise location for relief. The keys to success with CieAura are: Location, Hydration, and Duration.

By making us more aware of the intensity of pain or discomfort, we have to bring closer attention to ourselves than we would with any other healing modality. When we go to a doctor, or take a pill to "magically" fix our aches, or even when we visit a massage therapist, we are immediately and decisively removing all of our own power for self-healing. I am certainly NOT saying do not go to a doctor when needed ... rather I'm trying to explain how our current healthcare system has effectively removed ourselves as experts regarding our own body and our own healing abilities.

The ability to heal ourselves is put in our own hands by bringing attention to the pain. The power to treat ourselves and find lasting total health is put back into our control with CieAura.

I have mentioned the gift of CieAura many times, but until my friend asked this specific question, I didn't really appreciate the depth of true and lasting healing CieAura can provide. This level of wellness and ability to take full responsibility is what natural healing is all about.

What is the New Earth?

"New Earth" is a recent term applied to our world's energetic shift which has been planned long before humankind walked the Earth. We all change, vibrate, and progress from one energetic level to another-- whether or not we call it such, this is how growth occurs on our planet. A butterfly must first be a cocoon just as an adult must first be a babe. Some of the metamorphoses are quite logical while others are a bit more bizarre, even though we commonly accept them (a tadpole becoming a frog). Even though they don’t make sense, we accept these facts as reality for we are able to witness and observe their occurrence directly. Similarly, a transformation of the Earth is occurring. It has been planned since the Earth began so there is certainly nothing to fear nor anything to doubt. As we are able to accept an egg will give life to a baby chick, so too must we accept -- even without fully understanding -- the Earth is undergoing a great change too.

The New Earth will be in the same physical space as we now reside and may undergo some cosmetic changes. The Earth has indeed graduated to her perfected form and occupies a new vibratory level of being. This is exactly as the Divine Plan lays out ... long before humankind walked the Earth. Those of us who wish to make the quantum leap with the Earth must also change our own vibration to match Hers.

The current Earth was created as a School for our souls to play out karma and energetically improve our circumstances through lessons learned. The Earth is THE place among the cosmos to experience love! If the goal of the soul is coming back to Source, to Oneness, to God, the Earth is our School giving us ample opportunities to learn kindness, compassion and love. Myriad factors have thrown us off course, causing individuals to forget this sacred mission and instead roam the "campus halls" looking for diversions. Some have remembered their Divinity and walk the earth aware of its illusions and temperance. These few (commonly called Light Workers) have done their "homework assignments" to raise their vibration and will be ready when the Earth dons her new form.

For the rest of us, the work will be a bit more challenging. We have not missed our opportunity rather we have been given tools and helpers to aid us. The universe is created to love and support us in all endeavors. Once we remember this, and are committed to our Divine Mission, we too can expect to walk the New Earth ... renewed, empowered and rejuvenated.

Patience is for Suckers

My Mama taught me well how to be a proper lady... and among the virtues patience always ranked high. As I grow older and wiser, I've begun to see patience is for suckers. To have patience implies you are waiting for something. Waiting for what?!? The gift of now is right NOW.

Each time I stand in line or sit in traffic, I take it as an opportunity for gratitude and connection. At the CieAura Launch, we waited in many lines as we prepared to ready for the New Earth by sharing the wonders of CieAura. Rather than becoming aggravated as many may in this situation, everyone embraced the time to connect and spend with others. This is networking beyond anything I have seen before! There was no jockeying for status or bragging about accomplishments, just genuine sharing of success and how everyone can support each other. My heart was full as I participated in these exchanges over and over throughout the day.

I write this not to further extol the greatness CieAura and what its retailers are building, but also to remind us all how life is happening right now, in this very moment. We can take our waiting time to become bogged down by negativity (and complaining), or instead embrace it as a beautiful chance to reach out and connect. We can connect to our Angels or Spirit Guides, or simply give thanks for the blessings of our day. We can take the time to dream a new dream for ourselves and truly bring gratitude and the now into a perfect orchestration of fullness. We can turn to the person standing next to us and see if we can bring joy to them with a smile.

Patience had its place, and was a valuable lesson as we prepared for the New Earth. But now since we have arrived, we need to stop waiting and start embracing. Say a prayer, give thanks, or take a moment to see the remarkable human beings all around you. You'll find your life improves with these little steps of reminding us how to live from our heart.

Invincible

Deep shamanic work is among the most healing and powerful energetic modalities on the planet. It has been relied on since time began as the most direct way to heal, treat, or cure any ailment.

Only the initiated may enter these worlds and must know the boundaries and protocol. Even with training and knowledge, character is the most important attribute of any great shaman. In order to enter these sacred Spiritual realms, one must be fearless and confident. Nothing can do us harm but by opening ourselves up when we are vulnerable we can never be sure of what may follow us out.

I won't do shamanic work when I'm feeling weak or even an eensy bit unsure of myself. Instead I enter these realms as a Warrior, trusting my power and knowing I am protected by all times by my Spirit Guides.

We should all have a special something that can remind us of our power. Whether it be a crystal, a friend or a picture, we all must have a little magic that puts us back into the right space to embody our magnificence.

To be or not to be ...Psychic

I still have a knee jerk reaction to the word Psychic. I thought I had healed it when we started the PeeKS Group (Psychic Kids & Teens Support Group). I was encouraged by Spirit to embrace it and I did unabashedly. I was Psychic and Proud!

Now since working at Journey Books, the word conjures up many conflicting emotions. My mother asked if as a psychic I was wearing a turban and calling myself Madam Andye. (thanks Mom!) Clients coming in looking for psychics are looking for quick answers to solve their problems.

I'm working through it and may instead opt for the words clairvoyant or medium rather than psychic. I wrote an article embracing my psychic-ism and explaining what being Psychic means. I thought this was healed... but alas healing has many layers... For eons the word has been mis-used by charlatans who really do not have integrity. Two clients in the last week have told me horrendous stories of being jerked around by so-called psychics who really just wanted to schedule more visits and fill their pocket books. This not only angers me but does a disservice to those of us who are acting ethically.

In embodying my healer goddess self, I must put limits on what me being psychic means. I am not Miss Cleo. I am not a Crisis Psychic. I do not conjure stories to harm or swindle. I am a gifted healer and shaman with highly attuned intuition that can be beneficial in helping inspire the best in people.

By going within (your energy field) and without (your Spirit Guides and Angels), I am able to deliver powerful messages of transformation. Coupled with energetic work, we are able to provide a life altering healing session.

Anything that does not fill you with love is not coming from Spirit. Anyone sharing messages that plant fear or doubt in your heart does not have your best interests in mind. Move on and do not absorb these messages. Every fiber in your body adversely reacts to these encounters. Trust that the information is not of love and get out of there.

Laugh, Sing & Dance

A client recently asked what I suggested for busting up a bad mood. We all find ourselves in these places and it can really suck to be stuck. Moods ride us like waves so we often must be patient to see what message will be washed ashore.

Our emotions communicate what's going on in our Spirit so always, ALWAYS, pay attention to your feelings, attitudes, and moods.

Anger is a powerful emotion reminding us a breakthrough is just around the corner. While it can be draining to be in a bad mood for too long, but in this too there is a lesson. Pay attention, be patient and be loving with yourself as the lesson makes its way to the surface!

For persistent blues, I have learned over time:

A) To let it be and give myself permission to feel like crap sometimes;
B) To phone a friend ... my best friend can make me giggle without saying a word. Rely on this when you need it;
C) To have emergency CD "pick-me-ups" in my back pocket: laughing, singing or dancing! NERD or Prince can get me groovin', while Bill Hicks and Mitch Hedberg get me rollin' in stitches ... aha haha haha ... teeheehee ... oho hoho hoho! When the music itself isn't enough, dancing ALWAYS does the trick! Shake the energy up, sing out loud, and use the laughter and dancing to literally break down the stuck energy.

Of course, it's always challenging to remember this advice especially when you're IN the bad mood, but our moods are a choice also. Choose to be in a fulfilling, light-hearted place -- this is YOUR life. Don't take life so seriously-- if you can't laugh at yourself, then who can you laugh at?!

Even Shamans get the Blues

I had a shamanic healing session scheduled over the weekend. I have been eagerly anticipating it for weeks yet as I arrived, I was filled with butterflies. I was nervous and unsure of what to expect. Over the years I had forgotten this feeling of apprehension that often precedes a healing. I sometimes hear it from clients but rarely am on the receiving end.

I had to remind myself:

Nervous energy is often disguised excitement. In approaching a breakthrough, or great change, the energy may feel like nerves when in fact it is the universe revving us up for greatness.

It was indeed one of the most profound and moving healings I have ever received. (Love and gratitude to my sisters Katherine and Denise for this profound gift). There was nothing to be nervous about and I remembered to receive the wisdom they delivered.

When you schedule a session with an intuitive, shaman, or healer and feel these nerves come up, rather than thinking them to be bad vibes or a sign you shouldn't do it, recognize the emotions as a sign of great wonder, great momentum, and a valuable gift. The nerves are confirming that what you are about to receive is 100% real. Change is possible and, in the hands of great healers, ensured.

Serendipity Abounds

I have been feeling really in the Divine Flow lately. Everyday feels sprinkled with fairy dust and each moment a gift from the bosom of the Great Mother. I know this is being aided by phenomenal acutonics treatments, the mojo of 2010, and these darned CieAura stickers.

I'm listening again to the Secret during my drive time and am feeling lifted. The information is not new, nor beautifully presented, but simply listening to content and words that make me feel good is in fact helping me feel great! It is so easy to step into the flow with positive thoughts, words, and actions.

The universe is an all loving place that supports our success and encourages our best. It is amazing to see what comes into being when you can shift into seeing the world as a force conspiring FOR us rather than against us.

One way Spirit is able to connect with us is through coincidences, or serendipitous events. There is in fact no random chance to these wonderful little gifts. Instead synchronicity was built into the system to confirm we are on the right path, kind of like a cosmic cheerleader, throwing a confirmation in our path just when we need it.

A few ways serendipity found me this week:

* On Wednesday, I posted a blog called Breakfast With the Gods. Today I receive an email from the World Puja (an online radio station dedicated to all matters spiritual) entitled... you guessed it... "Breakfast with God."

* I was speaking with a new friend about Sonia Choquette and I both hailing from Chicago. As we were talking, a client was posting a note about PeeKS Group, our support group for psychic kids and teens, on Sonia's FaceBook page.

* I have been seeking a hypnotherapist who can assist me in past life recall. This week, I met 3 talented professionals who are trained in this arena.

* As I was finishing an email to my Mother in Law, a woman by the same name walked into my office

* At breakfast, my hubby's name (Gavin) was called for his table reservation. It wasn't us, but another family by the same name. Immediately after they were seated, Andrea -- my birth name-- was called. Again, this wasn't our table but another waiting couple. As we were finally seated after those two Gavin and Andreas, another "Andrea" was called.

None of these are monumental, life changing coincidences, but rather small things, in uncanny frequency, reminding me I am just where I need to be.

Breakfast with the Gods

The other day, our 2 year old daughter took Ganesh from his "throne" by our front door and brought him to the table. She took off her bib, placed it on him and began to place food at his feet, sharing her breakfast of eggs and bagel with Him.

Her simple yet loving action moved me completely. At 2, she knows what the rest of us may spend a lifetime to remember:

The Divine is not separate from us, nor is it something that requires worship. Connection with the Divine is inherent in all we do and always easily accessible.

Ganesh is a powerful Indian Deity who is revered as the Remover of Obstacles. His elephant head makes Him easily identifiable and speaks to his nature as a powerful energy, for who can stop a moving elephant? Call upon Ganesh when starting new projects or when you could use help facing something challenging in your life. He will clear the path ensuring success and prosperity.

Always Areas for Growth

Journey Books (where I am the in-house psychic 1 day a week) had a psychic fair today. Stopping by to visit and receive some guidance myself, I had 2 people ask for readings with me. This is exciting as I have been doing sessions privately (from my home for the past 6 years!) it's nice to be embraced so readily when I do step outside my comfort zone.

I had an amazing astrological consult with a gifted man named Roy Neal- and boy did he have a ton to share! With great career opportunities, financial flow and some areas I still need to address for my own growth, it's always so powerful to have a map drawn out to help support me on my journey. I left feeling inspired and enthused about the unfolding of the coming year.

On my drive, I called a friend and colleague to get her feedback from trying CieAura on her family and clients. She had tried them herself with stunning results and was eager to share them with her sweetie. She had done her due diligence (Google!) and her exuberance had diminished significantly. Her research had discovered the founder to be involved in other "scam type" companies in the past. My heart sank as I realized this will be a reality I must face when sharing this product.

When I started my own explorations, I asked for guidance around this. What if it is just a sticker!?! Am I a lemming to so readily believe this holographic chip can bring such positive results?

Fortunately, I was told by my trusted Angelic Helpers it really doesn't matter-- people can and are being helped. People are feeling better and that's the bottom-line! People are changing their lives. So, is this really just a placebo effect? I believe NOT; however, even if it was ... who cares! The truth is: Many people are feeling better, and CieAura is assisting us in restoring our own natural abilities to heal ourselves.

So, rather than getting wrapped up in the online hype (both good and bad are out there for those looking!), I choose instead to ask: "Do you feel better when wearing it?" Your reality is shaped by direct experience and in the end, as we create new ways in the New Earth, this will be all that matters anyway.

CieAura: a Gift from the Angels

Truly, the more I read about the work people are doing with CieAura the more incredulous it sounds. I get it: Anything too good to be true usually is... except this time. We are hearing amazing stories of how these CieAura chips are helping people-- from across the country -- experience remarkable relief and an improved quality of life.

Personally, the energy chips help me feel very grounded in my body and help me stay out of my head ... a great aid for people with depression or anxiety, but not always ideal for an intuitive who is trying to stay out of her body to work in the energetic realms.

For months, I have quietly dealt with occasional back pain. I was thrilled to find relief-- no more cramping or soar, pulled muscles!

We as the co-creators of our New Earth do have, and always had, the power to change our own course. Our physical, mental, and emotional health is a big component in our ability to manifest great changes in our world. Any tool helping us get closer to manifesting our own dreams and creating our New Earth is clearly a gift from the divine.

Breathing Love into 2012

My thoughts on 2012 have shifted drastically over the last few months. Where once I thought the foretold devastation unavoidable, I now only feel hope that we can affect positive change. If enough people are breathing and believing fear into an event, it will likely play out just as we create it. If however, enough of us believe in the good, I know we can affect the Divine Plan for the better. Is this going against the Divine Blueprint then? Of course not for we always have free will and can send love into anything. If an event is inevitable, it still may be so but with a lesser intensity than it may have been without our love, light and prayers.

It may seem I have my head in the clouds or have been watching too much Care Bears with my beloved toddler, but Angelic sources assure me, we as humans, as co-creators of the Earth, have a great impact on how events unfold.

I stopped buying into anything that filled me with fear or even anything that makes me anything less than joyful. We disconnected our cable and are now free to watch and fill our free time with shows and stories that uplift our family. This has brought me much more peace and optimism than I could have ever imagined.

I did see a movie sometime back and saw a preview for the film 2012, I could feel the theater become tense at the frightening scenes and music that filled the screen. From my seat, I sent out prayers of light assuring those around me that this was simply a Hollywood version of 2012 and there is nothing to fear. The mood lightened and I trust I was able to affect some relief to those around me.

As we near 2012 and other events that fill us with dread, I hope we can all choose to breathe life into the goodness and blessings rather than the fear. We are the Stewards of the New Earth and it will be up to us how we arrive there!

Why so Rock N Roll?

As I dreamed up future posts last night, I realized the term Rock N Roll Shaman may be misinterpreted. Do I think I'm a rock star? Am I so egotastic that I think the term Rock N Roll encompasses my greatness? Anyone who knows me well will be guffawing by now.

I chose this title for not only my deep love of music but also for the ability of music to be the great transcendor, the essence of spirit and presence. A single note can bring us into the Now and suspend us there forever. I am a Rock N Roll Shaman not because I rock but because of how it makes me roll.... roll into oneness and transport me into the spiritual realms we as shamans walk.

Music has a way of capturing a moment like amber! Anytime you hear the song it brings you back to a singular memory. Hitler knew its power as did Wagner to move beyond words to incite a feeling as real and raw as any we can experience on our own. When in the wrong hands (as with any powerful tool) it can be used to orchestrate disaster, but when used as intended-- to touch the Divine-- anything is truly possible.

I began scribbling out some thoughts on my Rock N Roll brand of shamanism and an amazing healing occurred for my handsome hubby. With Pandora (Faith No More station) on on the background, I began receiving guidance on his road map to health and wealth. He too is a die hard music lover so for us to be able to step into this divine flow together was a sacred treat.

For years he has been asking for very clear and obvious signs of his next steps. We began chatting, him being honestly aware of the reality he has created when the songs began to answer us back. TEN songs in a row from Metallica to Stone Temple Pilots to Tool each played a piece, giving me the questions to ask (through the lyrics) and allowing him a chance to see things in ways he hadn't before.

After our 90 minute rockin healing, we looked back over this adventure. We laughed and cried heartily. It was beyond uncanny, beyond weird, beyond wild-- it was his perfect manifestation of clear answers. It was his answer from the Divine he had asked for so many years. They gave him a Road Map showing him concretely the next steps to live his life in alignment with his highest aspirations and dreams. (Pandora backward - A ROD NAP, mere coincidence? ...btw it never is... coincidences are a direct sign from the Heavens, a hands on method to communicate with us silly humans.)

This morning we awoke still giddy at our experience and without words to capture the awe and gratitude of this gift.

I said before I think Pandora is a great gadget. But er, um, I must now revise that... With the right guide, a Rock N Roll shaman perchance, Pandora can be a tool of divine insight.

Spirit is easily able to put songs on our radio and iPods at just the right moment. I'm sure if you think back you can remember a time when this happened to you. Not just during times of heartbreak listening to Journey non-stop (:-) but anytime we need clear guidance from our Angels and Spirit Helpers. Music (and the right song at the right time) is a "tool" I have worked with for years and trusted as a direct connection to the other side. Coupled with Pandora and our own budding abilities of manifestation, nothing less than the miraculous is possible through healing and music.

I think this needs to explored further as Pandora offers us A ROD MAP for each of our greatest good. Wanna rock and heal with me?

2010 Pregnant with Possibilities

My dear friend gave birth to a handsome lil fella this week. I felt all week how powerful the energies were. Only now in taking my full week into perspective, I realize the blessing that Mother Brigit (Goddess of Fire and the exalted one for Imbolc) brought to us all. As the bringer of transformation, the holder of truth, and the keeper of abundance it makes perfect sense She would bring such magic!

2010 does feel this way to me... every step I take and with each breath I breathe, I feel supported, courageous, and grateful. Never have I experienced such bliss by simply being. I know this is not my gift alone but is the blessing of 2010-- the year for manifestations, for magic, and for limitless possibilities. We are indeed the stewards of the New Earth and its up to us what we want to create in our new reality.

I've been reading a great book by Stuart Wilson and Joann Prentiss. I have LOVED their work with the Essences and was led to their latest called Beyond Limitations: The Power of Conscious Co-Creation. It offers step by step instructions on manifestation and sets up the "rules" of the universe from the Angels themselves. They too are ready for our New Earth and are offering to help us whenever we ask.

Set an intention for yourself today and watch it magically come to you. It is a powerful tool that leaves me in constant awe.

We've been enjoying the ease of technology in so many ways. Today Pandora stole my heart with its sundry interpretations of John Frusicante. Do they think him a mere singer songwriter? Yes I can see the Beatles, Radiohead, and even Beck connection but John Hiatt??? Surely that must be some computer glitch. I guess it just goes to show no matter how much technology may improve our lives it will never understand genius... or beauty... or love. So here's to love and John Frusciante and to computers still being computers!

Reaching the New Earth

We have been prepping ourselves for some time for a new reality, a new way of being and doing in the world. While it feels that it's finally close some days are more inspired than others.

I have been working with ArchAngel Metatron on a new project I'm excited to share. I've been writing for days straight and just when I think I'm done, he comes with more guidance that must be captured on paper. These are the days we clear our schedule and let the Divine speak. Afterall, isn't that what we're here for-- to feel more connected to Source, to feel love coursing through our veins, and to recognize how little it is really us (ego "us") at all.

So while my daughter waits patiently while Mama tries to finish just this sentence, Metatron whispers more and more about how truly blessed we all are every moment of every day. The more we can step into the gratitude, the more we are one with the Gods.
