Do you have any openings today?

At least once a week, someone is really quite urgent that they need a session sooner than my schedule allows.  In the past, I have busted my booty to make this happen for ya.  I love you and want you to get what you need.  But even my desire to please and serve is not really supporting you to your own fullest potential.  I'm learning this gradually and was asked to share this.  

I typically book 2-3 weeks out.  Rather than this experiencing this as an irritation, Archangel Michael instead suggests this is optimal, Divine Timing, even.  

If you feel like you need a reading right away, you are likely feeling much pressure and anxiety.  You are ready to let someone else "coach" you through a situation rather than relying on your own intuition, knowing and inner guidance.  It's essentially a way of you giving away your power.  

We can be here on the flip side to reassure, soothe and heal.  But free will and all...  The pressure is merely a symptom, not your truth.

Take the time to find within yourself what you need and really want.  We are all connected to these deep spaces of knowing within.  Your inability to get into a psychic, healer, or life coach right away is likely your Guides desiring to teach you to rely a little more on them directly.  

In the past month, I've had clients:
- laid off the day before our session
- served divorce papers (out of the blue) the weekend before our appointment
- whose friend was in a coma and choosing to pass as we spoke.  

None of these loves booked at the last minute, but rather, weeks in advance.  Their Angels and Guides had lead them to schedule as a place of solace and comfort in anticipation of what was to come.  And they were so much stronger having walked through the rough patches on their own... knowing they were quietly being held the whole time.  

For me, even telling you to wait, can feel like I'm letting you down.   But I try and remember this is not my plan, not your plan, and that we are being cradled and tended by the Divine.  And of that Divine Order, I am merely a messenger.  

If there is truly an immediate need, Spirit will find a way via a cancellation or another sign just for you.  Rest assured, beloved, they are there and in devotion!

I look forward to serving however and whenever is of highest service for your Soul.  

Finding our way to divine timing

Divine timing :  all things come in exactly the right time and unfold on a natural schedule in alignment with God's plan.  This comes for some as a test of faith and for others a cosmic joke. I've never lacked the faith, but until recently, haven't been able to see how this "divine timing" thing worked out in my own life.

The triple eclipses of May and June stirred up big behemoth energy for us all. Our ugliest of uglies rose to the surface for healing. This was not a comfortable transition, but invigorating, once we arrived on the other side.

I have been eating clean, using only chemical free products in my home and on my person and began juicing daily. I never imagined myself to be able to achieve these milestones which once seemed so unattainable. No dairy, no wheat, and only lean proteins.... This from a chocolate (and all things ham!) lover. I never thought this to be something I strived for much less accomplished.



I recall reading years ago a Doreen Virtue book where she mentioned a similar shift in her daily habits. At the time I found it farcical... A cool possibility yet far removed from my reality.

To be living it is rather miraculous feeling as it required nothing more from me but seeing the shift and following it. I am proud of myself, yes. But I am shocked by how little effort and self restraint it's required. The energy shifted, my path was clear and viola! I haven't craved coffee or sweets in nearly 2 weeks.  I have felt supported, lifted and energized in my choices without any concern for lack or loss.  Wild and wonderful indeed!

This isn't a hip hip hooray for me, it's a cheer of support for us all. Our angels and spirit guides are now coming in the most profound of ways... Supporting us in making drastic changes in those area of our lives which seem mundane and ingrained at the same time. My challenge was food, yours may be something entirely different.

To step into the flow of divine timing requires awareness and flexibility.  If you're challenged, look for those places that you keep getting stuck and ask for help. Your gifted Spirit Helpers are on the ready! When the time is right, something will just click into place and a clarity will arise.

So if everything isn't lined up and ready for you when you want it to be... go easy on yourself and be proud for simply being on the planet. Life is tricky now and to even stay committed to being alive deserves to be heralded.

If you find yourself getting stuck or looping in the same places and are beginning to tire of it, watch for the patterns.... They are the breadcrumbs that show you what is keeping you blocked.

There is nothing divine in time after all (for in the cosmos time doesn't even exist) so stay in the flow of this miraculous dance and enjoy every lil miracle along the way.

Be your own damn Master

I've always been leery of gurus. Though I recognize this is an ancient system of conveying teachings, the idea creeps me out a bit. I don't want to be anyone's teacher. I want to be a guide, walking hand in hand for whatever adventures spirit has in store!

My own quest for a teacher left me confused and dis-empowered…

For the first part of my psychic career, I held myself back from the many inspirations, thoughts and teachings I was receiving from Spirit. It was in my first round of shamanic training that the teacher stressed we needed a mentor in the physical world, someone to guide and protect us, before any deep spiritual work could be undertaken. I was receiving visions and messages on a near daily basis but felt like I should ignore them. In fact, the first time I spontaneously did mediumship (hearing messages from a passed loved one), I went to this trusted shaman and was instructed stop what I was doing until a teacher came along.

I prayed I would find my teacher, believing I was unable to share the breadth of my gifts with the world until one did. I was left confused and felt compelled to dismiss the teachings my angels and guides were trying to give me. Everyone held this man in high regard so I trusted his input. To this day a teacher (in this world) has yet to appear….

When I met Ann Drucker, a friend and beloved guide in Boulder, she encouraged me instead to just "try and see what happened" if I followed the messages. This lil nudge of encouragement, yea permission, from someone I respected was all I needed. I began trying out, listening to and trusting the messages and I haven't looked back!




Over the years, I've been told in nearly every psychic and astrological reading I’ve received that my life path is to be a teacher. I recoiled at the idea given my own dismissive experiences with teachers and guru types. However in 2012, my Guides suggested I be a “mentor!” This word shifted the energy from “guru” to “equal,” and I was in.

Here's what I've observed with teachers and some things to be watchful of as you choose your path...

• A mentor can walk and guide but does not hold herself higher than the mentoree. 

• When working in the spiritual and metaphysical realms, its difficult sometimes to find teachers who both teach and practice humility. The ego is so very ready to jump in and take credit. Find the one who recognizes the work is what is special and not the teacher. 

• Many teachers forget to teach! They may hold themselves in a position of power and believe they are giving the healing or responsible for the magic. Teachers get burned out this way and sometimes must step back from the work because they are doing rather than genuinely teaching their students. Teaching is a two way street and the work is ever expanding-- We learn from and teach to all the time. No one is ever a master and incapable of learning more! 

• The more we teach, the more we learn. Share everything and encourage others to do the same. Anytime you see a trademarked procedure or copyright, ask yourself if this is a genuine quest to protect the teaching (some things are not for the novice and need be protected in a way) or if its done from ego to credit the teacher and receive material gain. 

• It's easy when you experience something that feels magical, to attribute it to the teacher. This is never the case, it is always because of God/Spirit/Source and YOU. Anytime one tries to take credit, we must stop and acknowledge that we are simply a vehicle for the work or teaching. 

• Often when a teacher encounters a student with gifts greater than their own, they are unable to champion and encourage without envious inklings rising up in themselves. Look instead for the teacher who is in awe of your magnificence and only wishes to help it blossom in you.
• When you work with people who are energetically open and vulnerable, it is paramount that ethics and boundaries are clearly respected. If anything makes you uncomfortable, speak your truth and a true teacher will hear honor and shift with you.

• Be ok with walking away. We outgrow people and we outgrow teachers, this is a sign of outer own development and should be celebrated.

Woo Woo Word of the Moment :: Medium

A medium is a communicator between worlds --they mediate between the physical world and the spiritual world. Most often, mediums can talk to those who have crossed over (yes, we can smell, hear, and "see dead people"). In many instances, we can often share messages from your Angels, Spirit Guides, and other higher dimensional beings. We act in a capacity delivering messages and assisting in communications-- we are the middle women & men to deliver the messages only ...not to interpret them.


Mediums exist in nearly every culture. Some allow the energies to use their bodies to share messages --called channeling-- while others (myself included) agree just to receive said messages and delivery them, we while maintain control of our bodies.  The Spiritualist movement brought mediumship to the forefront of American consciousness in the late Victorian era.  Even the well known Harry Houdini and Mary Todd Lincoln participated in their day. 



Séances are formal gatherings where mediums share these messages and bring closure and connections from loved ones who have crossed over.   My own séances (I call them "Peeking Through the Veil") do not reflect traditional practices of sitting around in a circle holding hands looking into a crystal ball, but they do give a forum for group participation in sharing messages from the Other Side of the Veil. 

Mediumship, in all forms, brings many miracles. Watch the Afterlife Investigations: The Scole Experiments to learn more about how modern day mediums practice their gifts.  But know...  even some of that intense contact with the Other Side, while incredibly cool, still keeps me awestruck.

Healing :: ON the table or AT the table

I consider myself primarily an energetic healer, a shaman, and secondly a psychic. I believe every session, be it a reading or a healing, will leave you feeling better. So why book a healing when I'm already sharing this with you during readings?



I always will do what I can to remove blocks, limiting beliefs, old fears and anything else that might be hindering you from being the rock star you contracted to be. While At the Table receiving a reading, I will brush away and clear from your energetic field these things. The psychic readings tend to go a bit more psychological as we seek to understand, shift and heal the way you see yourself and your understanding of the world. Spirit Guides and Angels will share with me messages to ensure you receive the guidance and love you most need to heal thyself.


The shamanic healing work....ahhhhh! This is where I get to share with you the very best of the best.  On the Table is where the true miracles occur! Your Angels actually assist me in permanently resolving issues that may have irritated, blocked or stumped you your whole life. It is in the healing where we suss out and fix the root cause of the fears, beliefs, and pains. I use a number of techniques and tools to assist in your healing but most importantly, it is the directives of your own Guides and Angels that show me how to best serve you.

A healing session is both intuitive and energetic. We chat for a bit, maybe read some cards, then create your healing plan. You lie fully clothed on the table, snug and comfy, while I use prayers, oils, sounds and crystals to make magic. Many may fall asleep while others are curious and want a verbal play by play. This is your session and never have I witnessed the same miracles twice! At least once a day I hear "I feel lighter" and take this as a great validation that the work performed was effective.

I take my role with great sincerity and feel myself in service to your soul, your very being, always. If you are curious, it may just be your Angels giving you a nudge in the right direction.

Shamanic Healing

The tools of the Shaman have been around as long as man walked the earth.  From the earliest civilizations to modern day Shamans of the rain forest, the journey world of the Shaman provides healing for his/her community by connecting with helping Spirits not of this physical world.

 

Differing from intuitive work, Shamanic Healing involves the practitioner working side-by-side with the Healing Spirits to affect change on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels of the client.  Instead of gathering information intuitively from outside of the client, journeying involves going deep within the realms of the Spirit World to garnish the information needed.  Meeting with Spirit Guides, I'm told how to heal your presenting issue or problem.  Assignments are commonly suggested for you to do at home to complete and solidify the energetic healing.

 

Through the use of journey work, I'm able to:

 

~ Assist deceased persons from this world to the next,

 

~ Perform soul retrievals,

 

~ Intercede & remove energies not conducive to your overall well-being, and

 

~ Meet & connect you with your Spirit Guides and Power Animals who have chosen to help you in this lifetime.
