Boundaries, the ultimate act of Self Love

At the end of a reading, a client gently asked if there was anything else she needed to know... a seemingly simple question... and this came through.  I happily share with her permission!

"Boundaries are an act of self love.  An act of valuing oneself over the perceived inconvenience you may cause another.  when you choose not to set boundaries, you tell the universe that you (your time, your feelings, etc) don't matter.  the other person is therefore more "important" than you.  

In the universe of co-creation, each time we slight ourselves we deny our participation in an unfolding universe.  We are not important, we are not co creators and the universe cannot honor what we ask of it for we are not honoring it within ourselves.  

You know and have the tools but don't exercise them preferring to make yourself uncomfortable instead.  

We seem to think boundaries may hurt or offend the other.  when in fact it is us who are inconvenienced.  some may choose to disregard the boundaries you set, and these energies then become clear thorns that need to be pruned from the garden of your life.  

Boundaries are not rude, they are acts of protection and honor of self.  They are self love and can be exercised in a way that shows the universe and the other person, that we value and love ourselves.  Each time we do this, we can teach the others too as well." 

Co-Creation Rocks but what about the flip Side??

You have undoubtedly heard about the mad manifesting powers we possess.  If not, simply read the Abraham channelings or even those of the Hathors to be reminded how very powerful you are.

But my darlin sweet beloved being of light... did you know just as you can co-create, you can also un-create?!?  We must be able to stop the endless cycles and karma of which we often feel helpless.  Just un-create it!  Speak it, breathe it, uncreate it!  Sounds easy because it is.... and its becoming an essential practice as we continue to accept and exercise our innate divine abilities.

Next time you bump into yourself, or a limitation you think you have, practice un-creating it so you can free yourself forever.  Just as we command energy (lovingly and in the spirit of harmony with the natural world) we can also choose those elements that persistently keep us stuck and command them to be released.

This is truly the most loving act you can do for yourself.  I try to practice this whenever it comes up, not just in moments of trauma or panic (ie, the car incident mentioned in the video) but also when I encounter my own old patterns and less flattering traits.  This month I am focusing on un-creating my immaturity and defensiveness.  Whoa!  For a crab (that's Cancer for you non-astrological beings) to move into a non-defensive stance, seems like a miracle.  ...But one I am ready and willing to embrace.  I choose to get out my own damn way and create something better in the spirit of LOVE!

Being defensive keeps me stuck in a lower vibrating place.  And we can't have that!  I do not choose to have defensiveness in my reality!!  What might you choose to un-create??

Breathing Love into 2012

My thoughts on 2012 have shifted drastically over the last few months. Where once I thought the foretold devastation unavoidable, I now only feel hope that we can affect positive change. If enough people are breathing and believing fear into an event, it will likely play out just as we create it. If however, enough of us believe in the good, I know we can affect the Divine Plan for the better. Is this going against the Divine Blueprint then? Of course not for we always have free will and can send love into anything. If an event is inevitable, it still may be so but with a lesser intensity than it may have been without our love, light and prayers.

It may seem I have my head in the clouds or have been watching too much Care Bears with my beloved toddler, but Angelic sources assure me, we as humans, as co-creators of the Earth, have a great impact on how events unfold.

I stopped buying into anything that filled me with fear or even anything that makes me anything less than joyful. We disconnected our cable and are now free to watch and fill our free time with shows and stories that uplift our family. This has brought me much more peace and optimism than I could have ever imagined.

I did see a movie sometime back and saw a preview for the film 2012, I could feel the theater become tense at the frightening scenes and music that filled the screen. From my seat, I sent out prayers of light assuring those around me that this was simply a Hollywood version of 2012 and there is nothing to fear. The mood lightened and I trust I was able to affect some relief to those around me.

As we near 2012 and other events that fill us with dread, I hope we can all choose to breathe life into the goodness and blessings rather than the fear. We are the Stewards of the New Earth and it will be up to us how we arrive there!
