Getting Unstuck is Uncomfortable

Getting unstuck is uncomfortable.  It's the comfort that got you stuck in the first place.  When finding a coach, healer, or therapist to work with, your aim is to find the person best suited to get you unstuck... that singular soul who can assist you in finding the triggers, the resistance and the discomfort -- and challenge you to heal it.  This challenge can come in many forms but, be prepared that it will not be the most enjoyable part of the journey.

Stuck-ness causes grief, stress, sleeplessness, depression, weight gain and general dis-ease with oneself.

Getting unstuck requires not only action, but also courage, truth and faith.  We have to have the faith that something else better comes after.  And at times, in the muck and mire of our own irritation and stench, faith feels like a farce.

When we are unstuck, when we are in the perfect space of neutrality, of flow, of commune with the Divine, of peace, there, we discover abundant energy.  There is grace and serendipity; magic even.  This peace and flow is what lies on the other side of stuck.  Move through what makes you uncomfortable to embrace that which is yours. This truth is filled with elation, joy and glee and sometimes working toward it is the only motivation that matters.
Unstuck is uncomfortable but it is the only way to move through, to reclaim who we were and who we are meant to be.  So when someone triggers you, don't look for an apology.  Instead give thanks that they are showing you exactly the space in you that needs to be healed right now.  Triggers are nasty lil buggers that move us out of peace and into agitation-- and in that momentary flip, they show us perfectly and clearly where it is that still needs some healin'.

Getting unstuck takes work!  It's not easy.  Easy is what gets us stuck and Comfy is staying there.  When we work on ourselves, unearthing the very best of who we are at our core, while temporarily uncomfortable, yields the most miraculous of truths!

Self work is also the most rewarding, for it frees up energy, unlocks the spaces in ourselves we did not know existed.  This allows more of us to be viable, dynamic, and alive in this world.

What lies on the other side of stuck?

We become who we've dreamed of being.  We inspire those we love and the Divine Dance that is life, flows in every way imaginable.

Co-Creation Rocks but what about the flip Side??

You have undoubtedly heard about the mad manifesting powers we possess.  If not, simply read the Abraham channelings or even those of the Hathors to be reminded how very powerful you are.

But my darlin sweet beloved being of light... did you know just as you can co-create, you can also un-create?!?  We must be able to stop the endless cycles and karma of which we often feel helpless.  Just un-create it!  Speak it, breathe it, uncreate it!  Sounds easy because it is.... and its becoming an essential practice as we continue to accept and exercise our innate divine abilities.

Next time you bump into yourself, or a limitation you think you have, practice un-creating it so you can free yourself forever.  Just as we command energy (lovingly and in the spirit of harmony with the natural world) we can also choose those elements that persistently keep us stuck and command them to be released.

This is truly the most loving act you can do for yourself.  I try to practice this whenever it comes up, not just in moments of trauma or panic (ie, the car incident mentioned in the video) but also when I encounter my own old patterns and less flattering traits.  This month I am focusing on un-creating my immaturity and defensiveness.  Whoa!  For a crab (that's Cancer for you non-astrological beings) to move into a non-defensive stance, seems like a miracle.  ...But one I am ready and willing to embrace.  I choose to get out my own damn way and create something better in the spirit of LOVE!

Being defensive keeps me stuck in a lower vibrating place.  And we can't have that!  I do not choose to have defensiveness in my reality!!  What might you choose to un-create??

Why the heck you may want, really want, to have a Psychic Reading

I try my best to bring people to my work slowly.  I let people get to know me, then share what I do.  This works better ... and doesn't scare anyone off.   Not everyone digs psychics as much as I do.  Sometimes clients seek me out while other times I'm simply a novelty... a new thing to try at a party or event.

Regardless, I know if you're showing up there is a reason as directed by your own Angels & Spirit Guides.  And I am so delighted to be the one who gets to "play" in your reality with you.

If you're on the fence still, allow me to share some of the reasons people may seek me out and just what I can do to help.  I'm busy for a reason, darlin'!  I'm damn good at my work and love to be in service.

I help you do "you" better... everytime and every way.  This is my commitment and I have a contract with God so you know you can expect the best!  There is rarely anything a psychic will share that is completely new to you.  In almost every case, I'm telling you things you know deep down and just need someone -- outside of you-- to validate.

Some people may steer clear of a psychic because they don't want bad news.    If I tell you anything "bad" I will also tell you why it's the best thing to every happen to you!  Not once has something so awful come up that took a client by surprise.  It isn't the way Spirit works or the way I work.

With the "contract," I don't get to lie or hold back.  This is straight from God/Source/Goddess to you!  And as such, you get the purest and most unedited information available.  We are here to inspire your best and help you live immaculately!

If your heart has called you here, there's a reason... trust in this and life will flow beautifully.

Soul Loss ... and other esoteric soul mastery notions

In the last post on the Boon Guide, I mentioned the Soul Retrieval -- way to leave you hangin, right?   I wanted to share why this is one of my favorite tools for healing!

It's really such a powerful process and I think everyone should receive at least one Soul Retrieval in the course of a lifetime.  (I've had 3 to date and find more pieces each time!)
The basic idea::  as traumas occur, little pieces of us branch off or run away, called soul loss.  A soul retrieval gathers the "parts" and brings them home.

And now for the expanded version of why soul retrievals are necessary ::   ... I'll explain the process next time...

First, let's set the landscape.  The Shaman performs Soul Retriveals which are the result of Soul Loss.  The Shaman is master of the spirit and physical worlds.  It is this trained and revered healer who literally walks between worlds to help his/her community.  The tools are well honored traditions, prayers, and methods that have been passed down through the ages.  The Soul Retrieval is one such tool.

Soul Loss is what we're delving into so we need to know what makes the soul so dang special… outside of the obvious qualities...

The soul is our most basic life force.  As soon as the soul leaves, the body dies.  Anyone who has been with a loved one at the moment of passing can tell you once the soul departs, the person looks different, empty even.

“You don’t have a soul. You are a soul. You have a body.”   - C.S. Lewis

Our soul is multi-faceted and complicated!  Not only does it venture through lifetimes, but it may even leave our body occasionally and visit other places.  Shamanic journeying, astral projection, and remote viewing are examples of the soul taking an escapade yet not fully departing the physical body.

The soul can explore realms and come back… or in a soul loss, venture off and stay gone until we come lookin’.  Soul loss occurs any number of ways – from physical or sexual abuse, through experiencing a traumatic situation, or even just having a bad fight.  No one knows with certainty why a soul piece decides to fly off, but it is a common occurrence and one rarely addressed in our society.  Soul loss occurs for any number of reasons and cannot be prevented.  It is simply part of the package in this human condition.

Shamans will look for hints that soul loss has occurred.  When they find clues, a soul retrieval is the next step to restoration of the client.  Here are some hints that may suggest this route:

You may notice a part of you feels dead or lost, this would be an obvious clue.  Were you in an auto accident years ago and haven't been the same since?  Or perhaps there's a relationship, long gone, that you've never been able to let go of.

Common symptoms of a soul loss include :

 - depression
 - feeling incomplete
 - feeling stuck and not knowing how to move through it
 - feeling not like yourself, disconnected from those you love

Not all traumas cause soul loss and in some instances a piece may just decide it's all too much and hot tail it outta there.  I had one piece do exactly that.  She wasn’t happy with the choices I was making as a young adult—I enjoyed my drinking phase while she found it destructive!

Though we cannot "prevent" soul loss, we can become energetically sensitive enough to recognize when something is off.  In this way we can do our own psychic maintenance to ensure total well being.
